With a natural gift for connecting deeply and authentically, I’ve made it my life’s mission to help women who are silently struggling with the wounds of past relationships reclaim their power and self-worth. I understand the silent battles behind the smiles, the emotional weight you carry, and the longing to feel whole again. Because I’ve been there too.

Currently pursuing my Master’s in Neuro Transformation Therapy, I bring a unique blend of science, strategy, and soul into every coaching session. My work is grounded in emotional intelligence, trauma-informed practices, and breakthrough techniques designed to unlock lasting inner change—not just temporary fixes.

Lisa’s Life Coaching was born out of a deep desire to help women rise from pain into purpose.
